With a strong professional background rooted entirely in high-level customer service—including extensive experience in hospitality and time spent as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—Jessica brings a natural warmth and care to everything she does. Since joining Echelon Planning Group in 2025, she has played a key role in maintaining organizational clarity, streamlining communication, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported.

Jessica truly enjoys managing the moving parts of a busy office and creating efficient systems that help the team succeed. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service help strengthen internal operations and support Echelon Planning Group’s mission of delivering a seamless client experience.

Outside of work, Jessica is an outdoor enthusiast who loves being in nature and birding. Raised in Falmouth, MA and now residing in New Bedford, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, and escaping to her family’s lake cabin in Maine on weekends to unwind and recharge.
